Secretary agent
A Discord-native assistant that handles the admin loop — questions, reminders, and the things that fall through the cracks.

Most of the club's day-to-day happens on Discord, and so does most of the admin overhead — the same questions answered repeatedly, reminders nobody sends, follow-ups nobody tracks.
This team built an assistant that lives in the server and handles that loop natively, so the answer arrives where the question was asked instead of in somebody's inbox three days later.
