Logistics agent

Plans and tracks the moving parts behind running events, from rooms to run sheets.

agentsplanning

Every event the club runs has a long tail of logistics behind it: rooms, timings, run sheets, who is bringing what. It's the least visible work and the easiest to drop.

This agent plans and tracks those moving parts, turning what was a scattering of messages and documents into something with a single view.

What the team had to work out

Modelling a run sheet as structured state an agent can reason over
Handling plans that change late, which they always do

A shared store where AI agents claim work by tagging it, instead of talking to each other — built to measure whether that actually helps.

Knowledge agent

A retrieval-augmented agent that answers questions over the club's own document corpus instead of guessing.

Marketing agent

Drafts and schedules campaign content in the club's voice, so the marketing team edits instead of starting from blank.
