Fireside Chat with Keith Pitt

2025

Keith Pitt speaking to students at the fireside chat

A fireside chat with Keith Pitt, founder of Buildkite — one of the more successful developer-tools companies to come out of Australia, and one whose CI/CD platform is used by engineering teams worldwide.

The value of these evenings is mostly in the specifics: what the early decisions actually were, what building from Australia rather than the Bay Area changes, and what the path looked like from the inside.
