Students working an AI-assisted business case at the Visagio workshop

What does consulting look like in the age of AI? We decided the honest way to answer that was to have people do it rather than hear about it.

Run with Visagio, the session was hands-on and interactive: attendees used AI tools to work a real business case end to end — problem scoping, analysis, and delivering a recommendation. Alongside it, the Visagio team talked through how they're genuinely using AI inside their own work, and stayed to network afterwards.

No experience was needed. The only ask was a laptop with ChatGPT or something similar open.
